SMBA Business Expo Participation Agreement

I/we agree to the following:
• The $50 Exhibit fee is waived for members in good standing.
• Display space including a 6 or 8 foot table are available to SMBA members on a first come first serve basis until November 30th.
• Beginning December 1st display space will be made available to non-members for $50. Nonmembers may apply their Exhibit fee towards the full SMBA Membership fee of $160 for the current membership year.
• Each exhibitor is expected to conduct a drawing at their display for a product, service or gift of $25 value or more. (NOTE: Discount or credit coupons that require a purchase are not allowed.)
• Any exhibitors that cancel after December 31st or who are "no shows" at the Exhibit agree to reimburse the South Metropolitan Business Association by paying a $50 cancellation fee.
